How to get rid of a strong smell in a doll?

I have this doll that was placed on top of a cover to one of those airwicks. The airwick wasn't on but I guess the cover was enough to do some serious damage to the doll, it stinks! We soaked it and then washed it a few times, we let it soak in vinegar and then wash it and still, the smell is pretty strong. Any suggestions??|||Try a cedar chest with moth balls.|||Try putting the doll in a box or any type of container that seals completely, with an open box of baking soda, and leave it for at least a couple days. The baking soda should absorb a lot of the odor. Also, maybe just putting the doll outside whenever possible to air-out might help. These things...and time..will hopefully work!|||Put ground coffee in a box or bag. Wrap the doll in a paper towel and enclose the doll with the grounds. I think 24 hours would be enough time.|||I would put the doll in a bag with backing soda and if that didn't work I'd clean the doll with warm water and backing soda. Backing soda is a natural odor eater and it wont hurt the doll like other chemicals can.
