What is the game from the 90s with a doll on the cover?

I am looking for the name of a windows game from the mid 90s that had a china doll on the cover, and through one of the dolls eye sockets was a worm...I can't remember much more than that. I think the game was a puzzler of sorts, 3d mazes or something. I might be mixing games, but all I know of it is the box cover.|||It's The 11th Hour.
