What is the name of the product to grow hair faster with Japanese doll?

All I remember is seeing this product online and on the side there is an animation of a little Japanese doll that keeps growing her hair out again and again. Does anyone know what it is called?|||I don't know either, but I can tell you that in Japan this product called "ELENCE 2001" is a common hair growth product for women. There's also another one called "Puele" but it's not as common as the previous.|||Not sure, but I know if you use the shampoo they use for horses it makes your hair grow fast. I know people that use this. :)
